Refund Policy

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product vide mail to hello@silkpetalss.com would not be accepted.
  • The customer will have to organize to deliver the product, at his / her own cost, in next 3 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable and will not be exchanged.
  • Jewellery / handicrafts items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic Orders

Return Policy: 

  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at hello@silkpetalss.com mentioning your Order ID with a picture of the product. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost, subject to availability .  
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Raise your return request within 3 days of receiving the shipment vide a mail to hello@silkpetalss.com
  • If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at hello@silkpetalss.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will refund the amount of the product after we have received the product at our office and our quality team has checked the product.
  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
  • Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  • The amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not the shipping charges . 

Exchange Policy:

  • Raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days ,subject to availability. You can raise your exchange request vide a mail to : hello@silkpetalss.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
  • Once you have received an approval mail from our end, you need to organize to deliver the product to our office at your own cost and in the same condition we shipped the product to you.
  • Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order  *  Shipping Address : Silk Petalss, 2R, 570 Lake Terrace, Kolkata – 700029.
  • Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is sent.
  • No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 3 days of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases please write to us at hello@silkpetalss.com
  • You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
  • Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you (unless it was in a damaged or tampered condition on receipt).
  • If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, you need to pay the differential amount before we ship the exchanged product to you.
  • If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive the original product and the balance would be refunded back to you.
  • Products bought during sale will not be exchanged.  

International Orders

  • If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  • If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  • The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at hello@silkpetalss.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will refund the amount of that defective product after investigation and on receipt of the defective item.
  • We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
